Thank you for using KZYRO. By continuing to use our Services, you're agreeing to be bound by these Terms — so please take a few minutes to read through them.
We've tried to write these Terms in plain language rather than dense legal text, so you actually know what you're agreeing to before you use the Services. This is a binding agreement between you and KZYRO ("we," "us," "our," or the "KZYRO Platform") — a media infrastructure provider offering storage, transcoding, streaming, and delivery services. Everyone using our Services is subject to these Terms, along with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may update this document from time to time, so it's worth checking back periodically.
We take how we handle your data seriously, and we've written a separate Privacy Policy that explains it in detail. By using the Services, you're agreeing to the practices described there too.
We may suspend or terminate your account, without advance notice, if you violate these Terms, if we receive a valid request from law enforcement or a government authority, or if we discover that information you provided during registration was false. Termination decisions are made at our discretion, and we won't be liable for any disruption this causes to you or your business.
Once an account is terminated, we may permanently delete the associated data, and it may not be recoverable.
We work to keep the Services available every hour of every day, and we target at least 99.98% monthly uptime across our infrastructure. That said, no platform runs perfectly all the time — maintenance windows, upstream provider issues, and events outside our control can occasionally affect availability.
We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and support outside normal business hours isn't guaranteed unless it's specifically included in your plan.
We don't want KZYRO used to distribute content that infringes someone else's copyright, and neither should you. In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we may terminate the account of anyone found to be a repeat infringer, without a refund.

Fees for the Services are described in your plan or order form. We may change our pricing from time to time at our discretion. Unless stated otherwise, all fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable.
To store and deliver your content, our systems need to create and retain copies of the files you upload. Using the Services means you're giving us permission to make and maintain those copies for that purpose. This doesn't transfer any ownership to us — you keep all rights to your content, including any intellectual property in it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, KZYRO and our affiliates, directors, and employees won't be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services — including lost profits, lost business, lost data, or business interruption, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.
This also means we're not liable for:
