You choose where your content is stored, from our available regions spanning 50+ locations worldwide. Storage and delivery infrastructure is selected to keep your data close to where it's created and where it's consumed — without you giving up control over data residency.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Access to encryption keys is tightly controlled and audited.
Access to customer data and content is restricted to KZYRO personnel who need it to do their jobs, following the principle of least privilege. All access is logged and regularly reviewed.
To deliver the Services, we work with a small number of carefully vetted sub-processors — including cloud infrastructure providers, content delivery partners, and payment processors. Each sub-processor is bound by contractual obligations to protect your data to the same standard we hold ourselves to.

We follow industry-standard security practices across our infrastructure, including regular vulnerability assessments, access audits, and secure development practices. We're continuing to formalize our security program against recognized frameworks, and we'll publish certifications here as they're achieved.
Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to keep your data protected no matter where it's processed.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data, we'll notify you without undue delay, consistent with our legal obligations — along with what we know about the incident and the steps we're taking to address it.
